All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted. Should you receive a damaged or defective product, it is your responsibility to contact us within 24 hours after receiving the product(s).
Many polishes will fade over time. In the event a polish should experience any fading (or change of color) within a 60-day period, we will either replace or refund to the customer's liking. There will be no refunds or replacements after 60-days.
Requests to cancel pending orders will be subject to a 2.9% refund fee. However, if an order was placed within a 24-hour period, a full refund shall be issued. No refunds will be issued on orders that have been issued shipping confirmation.
